Not sure if much of this is new ground, but I appreciate some of the thoughtful commentary. My summary and take:

1.) Safe words are clearly not always used, as some girls agree to wear ball gags, and that's no proof of non-consent. The truth is there will never be any way for us to know what possible rules or even unspoken signals may have been agreed to in advance. Doesn't mean that they're there either -- it just means we don't really know.

2.) Someone can also completely consent to something, then later regret having agreed to it. It's a simple fact of life we've all experienced in our own lives; I just mention it because it's often forgotten in this context.

3.) Human beings sometimes take advantage of others. Obviously producers can take unfair liberties with models. But models can take unfair advantage of producers too, through last minute changes of what they'll allow be done, what (i.e. how little) they'll wear, insistence that their boyfriend be the 'ler, etc. Taking advantage of others knows no gender, religion, race or video participant job title.

4.) But even when no one seeks to take advantage of another person, these things can be subjective, meaning two fair people can nevertheless end up with a different view of what was agreed.

All that said, it's my experience that these problems are definitely exceptions, and in the great majority of shoots, a fun and/or lucrative time is had by all. :)

"Can" is a frequent word, but doesn't mean "always" these issues can occur. My honest point is, if there's an uncertainty about the work you'll be doing as a model, why did you show up to begin with full well knowing that "tickling might not be my jam"? And there's plenty of producers that interview a Lee and ask "were you tickled when you were young" and try to get a feel of a Lee before deciding whether or not to be a cruel bastard. That, therein, contains the key word. Accepting money to be tied up and tickled may be accepting potential cruelty for a certain period of time. Can it be made enjoyable? Perhaps. Can it be mentally stressful? Certainly. How many models do you see that refuse to partake, however? Not a lot. Because there must be a threshold between quality product and quality treatment being applied. Some tickling I don't even like watching because it hurts my ears. It all boils down however, to "if you don't like it, don't watch it". Because I'm sure producers are not going to change their processes over a simple forum thread when they're trying to create a product that fits the entire range of the entire tickling community.
 
What are you arguing exactly, its obviously not difficult to have a Q&A, or a post tickle video. There are producers who have already done that. So yes it is reality.

Theres regretting a decision and wanting to back out and being made to feel unsafe too, its been a regular thing brought up in the porn industry. Tickling may seem less serious then sex, but its a person body and for me at least it hits home the things people get pressured into doing once in a vulnerable position. i do fear that compassion is lacking especially when the comparison of a model being violated and a producer being unfairly taken advantage of, because a participant changes their mind on how they want to sell their body is being made. It is a frustrating problem im sure but it nowhere compares to the issue im bringing up. I do assume that this is less of a substantial issue in this community thankfully(hopefully) thats why i brought up just simple stuff having a big impact on the conscience.

The only people i see this being an obstacle to work around is for companies that are painting a Heavy atmosphere around their videos where they WANT it to look painful and torturous, but really i doubt they get into the girl next door thing much at all. They probably are hiring more serious and experienced subs and are their own deterrent for timid models

About how the tickling biz should just have Lee's walk away pretty much after they say "stop" or how in general producers video people who are surprised about how ticklish they are (namely the "what did I get myself into" look). Veg attributes this to a "lack of aftercare" which I said I don't think the producer, trying to create content, need to do beyond being friendly because they clarified the job to potential models upfront.
 
High quality bondage that effectively immobilizes the lee. Skillful tickling. Genuine reactions, whatever they might be (ie not "hamming it up for the camera").

Oh no, i believe if you have a vanilla that you know wants to stop, and also says stop (whether they agreed to 10 mins or 5hrs) and you keep going, your despicable and playing with fire.

Youre gonna lose some footage doing it this way, but i pick that over losing consent. Producers who do that(prob a lot) are doing it right, producers who go out of their way to Show that.. fucking A++ (respect the hell out of that personally). Still dont know why you are adament to disagree.
 
I have two really different videos I look for and I guess one is to satisfy my lee side, which is what I am
But then there's a small part of me that's desperate to be a ler and really fuck someone up.

So, I want to see a really intelligent tickler in videos. Not someone who is just careless and tickling all over. Someone who starts slow, soft and really notices where the lee is moving just slightly more, watch their reactions. And then concentrate on those spots more. I want to see lots of teasing, especially verbally.

For my ler side.... I want to see someone gagged. Completely helpless. I want to see their mascara running down their cheeks from crying. Lots of trying to get away. Someone who is just done and exhausted, but the ler isnt even close to stopping. Switching between turning them on with rubbing their nipples, making them think its over and they can enjoy this part, arching their back and breathing slower. To then just move slowly back to their armpits using the same motions and watch a lee back down again, whimpering and screaming, just from a little movement like that, knowing it's back to torture again.
 
Tightly bound feet, patiently and skillfully tickled. Starting out light and gentle but as the tickler understands how to drive the lee wild then getting her to the point of begging
