Donna Troy has been captured by Power Woman, an alternate Earth version of Wonder Woman, and member of the Crime Syndicate of America.
Power Woman is a stern dominatrix, who enjoys dominating her prisoners in various evil ways.
She knows that Donna's greatest fear is to be immobilised and tickled all over by smoking hot babes, whilst being forced to helpless laughter.
(Or maybe it's her greatest desire? That's how insidious power Woman is).

Next up is Cat Woman, punished by the other Gotham City Sirens for trying to double cross them.
