The Joker is a fictional supervillain created by Bill Finger, Bob Kane, and Jerry Robinson that first appeared in the debut issue of the comic book Batman (April 25, 1940) published by DC Comics.
I'm dedicating this pic to Ticklishbigbrother and Bestmed who replied to my DA journal entry titled, "What male villains would be a great Ler?" by urging me to draw The Joker. (And since the series is also focusing on showcasing villains as ruthlessly playful lovers, it only made sense to make HarleyQuin to object of his "affections". LOL!)
