Instead of some person who can't even afford to live on the wage they are paid to have to deal with complaints and abuse from arrogant suburbanites, why not start passing out phone numbers of the CEO's who made these greedy and thoughtless decisions and then make it legal to do so.

Who wants to bet that a lot of "problems that just are not that simple to solve" will be solved within the week.

It's actually not super difficult to reach CEOs and other executives. If I get nowhere
with a company's customer service, I send a Fedex or certified mail to the CEO. The
CEO usually has a dedicated customer relations rep or team to deal with the mail he
or she gets from angry customers.

So...You are suggesting to take it to higher ups who are put in place to take the shit for the CEOs decisions?

Do you know if they get paid more than the shaking teenage girl I saw getting bullied by some douche from behind her counter on New Years Eve over a decision that I know was made from the safety of a boardroom?
