A tickler ROBOT ?

First to say, it's not a real tickling video.
It's a video of a robot, designed to move around human body, and make some soft tickling sensations.
This small robot walks on the human body to generate a pleasant, tickling sensation. It has two motors and rubber feet for a good grip on the skin. When it encounters a slope that is too steep, it will steer until a safe level is found, and it will continue its way.

This is new to me The next logical development would be a device that could be controlled remotely (as over the Internet) to allow someone to virtually tickle one's partner.

Those actually sort-of exist already. There's a porn site which has been experimenting in full-body suits; both participants wear them, and then you click on the screen to pick which parts of your partner's body you want to stimulate. While most of the contact points are geared toward more overtly sexual sensations (it is a porn site after all), at least a handful of them, on the stomach if I recall properly, were specifically mentioned as "providing a lighter tickling sensation," quote almost verbatim.

I wish I could give more information, but I'm going from the memory of a five-minute report on TechTV I saw several months ago and never anticipated having to recall again.

I would love to find one of those walking, tractor-like, tickle robots. I guess they never made it out of the prototype stage. It would make a great Christmas gift. My wife is always asking me to lightly scratch and tickle her back. Unfortunately, it is usually in the last 2 minutes of the football or basketball game I am trying to watch. Thank God for the Digital Video Recorder!! If anyone has seen one for sale, please tell us where
