An apology

Hi All! I would like to apologize for my meltdowns on here.

I'm really sorry if I made anyone mad or hurt anybody's feelings.

This isn't an excuse, but, after my last breakdown (about a week after) I started getting this really intense head\neck, and sometimes my shoulders, pain (it got to the point where I couldn't even turn my head).

I went to my doctor, but he threw it off as nothing. So, after I got home, the pain just kept getting worse. Well, fast-foward a few, painful, days. I had a day were I felt some better, so I decided to look up my meds to see the side effects (I already had some ideas of what medicine it might have been)

Sure enough. One of that medicines side effects was "Severe muscle and joint pain" but, ( and this one kind of surprised me) "Extreme mood changes" .

So, I cut out that pill, (it took a while to get it all out of me-I had been on it for years) my pain stopped and my mood swings leveled out.

I have been off of it for sometime now and feel a lot better.

But, again. I'm truly sorry if I upset anyone.

So, needless to say, but I am going to look up every med that I get from now on.
