Army Tickling story f/f

I saw a bit if a movie last night called 'Major Movie Star'. Jessica Simpson was in it and her army sergeant was Vivicia Fox. I just wondered if anyone could write a story where a woman in the army gets revenge on her mean sergeant and ties her to a bed and tickles her. Doesn't have to be these 2 characters but i think the scenario could be pretty hot.
