Barry Manilow....AKA Barely Man Enough...AKA Turtle (look at old face shots) has had wayyyyy to much plastic surgery. He looks terrible.

I actually followed him early on in his career. I saw him in concert and bought everything he put out...until he started covering everyone else's work and wasn't doing much of his own. I was even in his fan club. But, though his voice has remained, his personality is drasticly different. It's been a long time since the Barry I so enjoyed was a likable guy. He's now as plastic as his face looks. Such a shame!

1. Well, as a professional musician, pianist, and songwriter, I can't help but admit that I am a die hard Barry Manilow fan! Like him or not, the man has had a major role in the direction of pop music from the 70's, 80's and on (from performer to producer to jingle writer -- "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there".... written by Barry!)

2. No offense to Rick Astly but... oh who gives a crap... Barry sings that stupid song many times better!

3. The man is old... he wants to look young... he's got money... who cares about the plastic surgery. Rock on, Barry! (Well, at least as much as you possibly can rock)

This thread reminds me off TicklishLurker she was a huge Barry fan. I wonder what happened to her she's not been around for ages. I think her name was Jami?

Hope she's doing good.
