Bondage idea that might exist

Imagine if you were tied in a hospital bed with the railings up.
Your four limbs would tie off like normal however your knees would be tied to the bed rails so your legs could not close.

Now what I'm looking for is something to simulate those railings function in a normal bed.

So if I had say a piece of metal that was flat on the bottom but came up on the side of the person being tied, it would connect to the thigh cuffs essentially holding open the legs at the knees and would not interfere with any sexual, tickling, or other play while tied up.

Didn't know if anyone has seen anything like this?
If you just use a spreader bar at the ankles your victim can still pull their legs closed or close to it.

Any ideas or help would be awesome

You really don't need to add anything special. Most beds have a rail that runs all the way down each side. All you need to do is run the rope down to the bed rail and tie off.

Well it might be easier if the part that ties at the knees can anchor to an item of equal height.
My wife is 54 she can't do the splits
