Can you make skin more ticklish/sensitive?

Hey all, surprisingly I went through it seems like 20 pages of posts and didn’t see anything related to this. Please point me in the right direction to a thread if I’m wrong.

Anyways, I’ve been lucky enough the last few months to get somewhat seriously involved with a girl who has embraced my fetish. My question isn’t specifically for the girlfriend, she has proven to be really ticklish (although I’ll accept pointers for her as well lol). Unfortunately I’m one of those guys who absolutely loves being tickled but isn’t all that ticklish. I’d say my most ticklish spots are maybe 3-4 out of 10 and react more to light touches than serious tickling.

I’m just looking for any tried and true methods of making someone more ticklish. Or any ways to possibly make my very inexperienced partner more effective… lol. I know when I get out of the shower (or hot tub once) I found my feet seemed much more sensative. I’ve also heard baby oil actually increases sensitivity, along with seeing it in basically every foot tickle video. I’m guessing there isn’t much that actually makes a person “more” ticklish… but any suggestions would be appreciated!

I'm the same here. I love being tickled but I think even my most ticklish spot is not that ticklish at all. Baby oil may help a little and I think it depends on the ler and how close you are with the ler as well.
