Once again, Bobby Tickles is back in the big house for his serial tickling problems. Well here he has the very sexy lawyer Candle Boxxx to visit him to see about helping him out with his case. After a few minutes, Candle quickly found out he wasn't taking her serious as he kept making moves on her. But Bobby and his inside connect Root Dawg didn't waste anytime as he made her sniff his finger to send her to lala land. That's when they restrained her and woke her up for some tickle time. Candle woke up to a true nightmare, as now she will be the newest tickle victim to the serial tickler. When he worked his way down to her feet she begged him not to do it but he couldn't help himself as he had to tickle those sweet soles of hers. The screams of laughter was confirmation that she was super ticklish to his fingers. To fully get Bobby off, he got his electric toothbrush to finish off those sweet soles of Candle's while she screams for mercy!
