I think when she was restrained and foot tickled on Howard Stern, that was one of the greatest mainstream tickling moments in history. She was at close to the peak of her popularity. People in our community had never seen anything like that. (Pam Anderson maybe had already happened at that point.) The Internet was just getting “up to speed” and access to content was not as readily available and disseminated like it is today. For the foot fetishists, her feet were structurally perfect. And she was just so hot and so legitimately ticklish.

And she looks incredible to this day. I love the idea that a 51 year old Carmen Electra could still be quite ticklish on her feet.
