Dilemma: Any tips?

I love being tickled by my boyfriend of 7 years, but sometimes I can't get myself into the mood, I guess. Whether it be that I'm stressed, upset, or it's "girl time," but I don't like it. I like to be able to be in the mood to be tickled/raspberried by him. Are there any suggestions anyone has? I'm open to ideas. Thanks
