First of all, yes thats what it is, secondly, I'll post anything that the mods say is ok to post. You try to tell me that again and I'll post it once every day. Not everybody has seen it, and it is one of my personal favorits so I thought I would repost it. Maybe I should have mentioned it was a repost, if I post old stuff again I will.
