90% seems a bit low, if you ask me, especially for m/f or f/f clips. I've seen genuine reactions, but those are rare and more often found in amateur videos, in my experience. So yeah. It's pretty easy to spot the difference, and the "fakes" do absolutely nothing for me (though sometimes, I can trick myself by turning the volume off).
Given that there's probably at least 100 tickling videos produced for sale every week, it's hard to see how anyone could possibly come up with such a statistic. Are less than 10% of the population actually ticklish? These threads usually revolve around people discussing a handful of well-known fetish models that shoot for numerous US producers and inevitably make
some fake clips. Whilst some of these models may be total fakers across the board, there are undoubtedly others who are ticklish and shoot some real clips with other producers. There are also countless producers (like myself) who only shoot original models and real clips.
Fake? Real? What the difference anymore? The pirates are getting it all anyway.
This much is true
Well, like all bad things, the only way to avoid fake reactors is to make them famous or stop buying their stuff. Given this is suppose to be a legitimate industry, getting money through fake reactions should be equal to stealing because people pay for the realistic reaction of tickling whether it is in candid or role play environment.
Actually that isn't really true. The fake videos that people often complain about tend to be the heavily scripted variety that require certain reactions to suit specific story lines and fan requests...typically, lots of fake begging, pleading and laughing. The truth is that a lot of these clips are actually produced as customs, for fans, according to their requirements. Reactions are often hammed up and over the top because that is what the customer has asked for and paid to see. The fact that you see more producers making these type of clips is evidence of how many people buy them.
I personally don't make scripted videos and the focus of my own clips has always been on models who look hot and don't act (when shooting I am very clear with models that they must be themselves). Despite this, the most common custom request I get is for models to beg or to act up a little bit. I actually get custom requests for 'ham acting' and 'over the top' reactions and although I don't release clips like that, I will shoot them for private customs.
Of course, there will always be some producers that claim a clip is completely real when it is total BS from start to finish, but there are
many of us that don't do that (and who feel strongly about the integrity of our clips). However, if you are reading a clip description and it starts with something along the lines of:
'X has been messing around with Y's boyfriend behind her back and she's pissed so she's tricked her into the stocks to get some revenge. Y thinks that she's taking part in an experiment but when she realises she's been tricked blah blah...' then you should really know that what you are about to watch is a fantasy clip. Don't be surprised if it features scripted dialogue
and reactions (regardless of whether the model is ticklish in real life). Just buy a different type of clip elsewhere next time.
