Feather tickling , as effective as we think ?

I think maybe given the right circumstances it could be very effective, but I find in general use of ones naturalness (aka hands) are the most effective. But to each there own, some of us are into using tools and things and some of us are not.

In general, the fluffy end of a feather is too soft to be effective as a tickling implement.

Feathers

Using a feather effectively depends on a few things. When where and how you use it. Some might not find a feahter effective on them at first but tie them up where they cant moved to protect themselves and see what happens. There are also choice spots. The nipples the ear -----side of breast -----or dragged between the toes. The ear is a favorite spot of mine. All tender spots where the softness of a feather will be devastating. Sometimes you have to tickle them with your fingers for a while and then switch to a feather after you open them up anything and everything will be ticklish even blowing on them. hehehhehe. So much good stuff

feathers unfortunately don't work well often. shame, its an instrument symbolic of tickling, yet it doesn't really tickle anyone......i bet my gf would probably work well on it......lol i don't even have to do much, just blowing in her neck makes her squirm

Feathers have theyre uses, whilst its rare that they cause tickling worth thrashing about at they are very good at preparing you. A large soft feather dragged slowly over the body for a few mins doesnt tickle much but arouses the nerves and gets those senses flowing, Ive always found myself more ticklish after that sort of treatment before we hit the serious stuff.

I've found that the quill of a feather is FAR more effective than the "fluffy" end could ever hope to be.

Yea thats kinda why i made the topic cause when you think of tickling you think of feathers and maybe that guy from the ninja turtles

feathers work well with tickling a woman's upperbodyand between the toes but not very useful on the soles of the feet.

feathers

the skin on the soles of the feet are rather thick so the nails are the best for there

I think its more of a sensual tickling, I doubt it would tickle too much.
It would be fine if used with other methods.
Or as a warm up. :bouncybou

depends on the feather.
stiff feathers probably would work, but ones that are too soft, will barely even register with the lee.

Bottom of the list for effective tickling tools. Top of the list would be a woman's hands.

I've never been feather-tickled, but as someone who doesn't really enjoy light tickles anyway (they're too itchy for me) I think the fluffy end of a feather wouldn't be very useful. The hard end would definitely be better.

A feather is as effective as the 'lee thinks it is. He or she knows better than anyone else.

A Very Ticklish Man

As with most tickling tools, feathers have their place. Feathers work well on me in certain places (not revealing that information at this time) while doing nothing on others. I think it should be part of a Ler's arsenal.

I agree with a lot of the posts, so far. They don't necessarily tickle all the time, but in the right places, or after so much of a different form of tickling, they can prove very effective. :wavingguy

They may not be the best for over the top reactions but they can offer variety to the overall experience. They can be fun in a silly way :jester: or make it more erotic.I likes em'. <<<<---- :D

I find feather tickling to be erotic, but it doesn't tickle in the way that fingers do.

I once had a girlfriend that was very sensitive to feather tickling. Her feet
were so sensitive that I could blow on them and my breath would tickle her.
I found this out one night when we were lying on the floor. I had trapped her
feet under my arms and pulled off her socks. I then proceeded to slowly
sweep a sock along her soles. Not hearing any reaction I turned around only
to observe she had gone into silent laughter.
Before I let her up that night I had run my tongue up and down her soles and
found this to be incredibly hard for her to handle. My tongue between her
toes bought on much begging and pleading.
I was hooked by then and after that left no opportunity to use my mouth on
her feet.

i wonder about my girl.....her feet are not ticklish really at all......but up top oh my god! i can hardly even touch her sides at first as i get her squirming a bit just that way. I wonder if a pair of dusters would do their work......

For me, stiff feathers are VERY effective everywhere on me...even my feet.
