Oh yes. Indeed, IFBB sports ladies are often helplessly ticklish. Their muscles are highly sensitive to touch.
We worked with some of them too.
I'll show the examples.
The first in the list is a fitness bikini contestant, very sensitive even to the lightest tickling tough. After the first intense session she's been coming to us regularly (every other week or so). And I can tell you that after each session it was becoming slightly easier for her to endure the tickling. However, the tension came back as soon as there was a long period between the sessions.

I've gotta say. Within the last year or so, developed a thing for strong, muscular women being so sensitive and ticklish. Similar to how women and some men like to see strong, muscular guys reduced to giggles from something as simple as tickling, I too like to see really strong and muscular women helpless to the lightest touches and reduced to a giggling mess. No matter how strong you are you can't resist your own body's ticklishness
