One of King Arthur's knights never went on regular quests; he ran a counter-terrorism force within Camelot castle, always on the lookout for traitors or undercover operatives. He was so important to the kingdom, we remember his name to this day: Sir Valance.

* * *

The knight Sir Cumference was charged with insuring that Arthur's Round Table remained perfectly round. Responsibly for any irregularities came within his compass.

* * *

Sir Charge was shifted from leading battles to collecting taxes.

* * *

One of Arthur's servants received an OBE simply by guaranteeing that all participants could be heard clearly during important conferences: Sir Round-Sound.

* * *

And, of course, we all know about the knight who died early thanks to excessive drink: Sir Osis of Liverpool.

* * *

Q: Which of Arthur's knights was expelled for ungodly behavior?

A: Sir Duc Sean of the Innocents.

* * *

Sir Render, despite his savage name, also disgraced himself and was discharged from the company.

* * *

The first British Beefeater: Sir Loyn.

* * *

The knight whose duties involved seeing to it that all of Camelot's supplies were kept fresh: Sir Anrapp.

* * *

The cleverest of Arthur's knights: Sir Mize.

* * *

The angriest of Arthur's knights: Sir Lee.

* * *

The one knight in Arthur's company always kept in reserve: Sir Plus.

* * *

Sir Price was placed in charge of sneak attacks.

* * *

Chief saw-bones of the Royal Physicians: Sir John.

* * *

The crazy hermit knight: Sir Tifyabell.

* * *

Even Arthur's obscene jester was knighted: Sir Cuss, clown.

* * *

Sir Chanrescu saw to it that none of Arthur's knights were ever abandoned on the battlefield.

* * *

The one knight who always showed up in exactly the right place at exactly the right time: Sir Andy Pity

* * *

This knight was originally a bard: Sir Ennade.

* * *

Sir Veyyor was rewarded with knighthood for discovering the perfect site upon which to build Camelot.

* * *

The last knight standing after battle: Sir Vyvor.

* * *

In the end, Arthur's mind disintegrated and Camelot fell. The cause: too many restless knights.

LOL :p
Great collection as usual!
My favorite:
The knight Sir Cumference was charged with insuring that Arthur's Round Table remained perfectly round. Responsibly for any irregularities came within his compass.

Thank you Milagros! :giggle: That's my own particular favorite this week! Though in my case, it's doubtless a case of circular reasoning!
