Gloria Pall Passed Away

Sorry to post sad news, but Gloria Pall, the actress tickled in the classic scene from "The Brothers Karamazov" passed away today in her NYC apartment at age 85.... I'm sure many will agree that she is the foremeost recognized "ticklee" in mainstream media, and that scene will remain in demand forever...

Yes, Gloria's character in "Brothers Karamozov" was my very first exposure to the foot tickle fetish. I will always remember that scene for the rest of my life. It was a foot fetish classic. Gloria, sweetheart, rest in peace my dear. You brought such joy to foot men world wide.

RIP Gloria...

I will never forget the day I opened my email while I had the Hoteltickle website open, and there was an email from Gloria Pall! I was totally amazed because at the time it was one of the first mainstream tickling scenes that I could remember seeing when I was around 18 years old. She saw a collage on my website and became interested on how it came about...so, I told her the story and she was actually over whelmed because she had no idea she was so popular in our community! We emailed for a while and then talked on the phone and became friends. She then asked what I thought of her doing a small book on how she got the part in the famous Brother Karamazov scene. I told her it was a great idea and that the community would welcome it. So, she made the book and it sold fairly well, but not as well as she had hoped and I would try to plug it here once a year to help get all of her copies sold. She actually had a link to my thread here on the TMF on the main page of here website and her book link so people could buy it and a poster I think.

Anyhow, she was an awesome lady, a nice friend and definitely was a powerful figure in alot of our minds here on the TMF. That scene to this day will have it's place in the tickle community history as one of the best and one of the first of it's kind!!!

Oh, and she told me herself that Elvis use to tickle her all the time!!!

I am lucky enough to have one of those books. And she signed the Life magazine issue for me, too! I sent her one of her own about a year ago because she told me she no longer had a copy. Since 2005 I tried, with no luck, to find a National Lampoon publication from the 1980s that had a photo of her as Voluptua.

But how did she stumble upon your collage, I always wondered? And, while I'm never expecting absolute acceptance from anyone when they learn of my fetish-y interest, what did she think of all these strangers that had an interest in tickling in general, and a special interest in her as well?

I would assume that she's not a big enough "name" in Hollywood, but I can't help but secretly hope that during the "Memorium" section on the 2013 Oscars they have something for her. Especially if it happens to be the Brothers K clip broadcast to a billion people!
