Help! Cant enter chat room

When I try to enter the chat room my screen says something about digichat and java.

Have downloaded java and digichat.

Any suggestions?

The chatroom is currently down, a help ticket has been sent so now we wait.

Oh also, you don't to download digichat, java is all you need.
