Her name is Daphne Phoenix, at least that's what she goes by in FM Concept videos, which is where that's from. The tickler is Ariel Cole who gets her foot tickled with a fork later in the same video. Both, I believe also appeared in some Tied & Tickled magazines. Peace....B.
