My pick would be a now very close friend that I met at college this past year. She's never shown any signs of being ticklish, but the closest event would be when she was sitting on her bed with her feet out, and our friend came up and tickled her foot. Unfortunately, her only reaction was a smile and saying "Sorry, my tickle switch is off." Damned if I don't find a way to turn it on! She's a very lovely brunette with these stunningly intense gray eyes and a cute laugh, but she really likes her personal space. I just feel kind of rude tickling epople who don't like to be touched in general.
