Very nicely drawn in my opinion, but only two pages.

Artist's name was Del. He was going to do another page, but never completed it. There are a few other pieces of work that he's done.
This was done around 1997.

I think these two comic panels inspired me like no other ever has.
There is everything that makes tickle torture memorable: a beautiful tickled woman, the attempt to resist at all costs, the confidence that after a short time the victim will give in and burst out laughing.
I love the detail of the victim's face: first she starts to smile and hold back, then she shows the immense efforts to keep her lips closed, then you can hear offscreen her giggle.
