I don't know if this was shared here or not but this video appears to be one of those game themed shows that are broadcast on satellite to the Japanese adult market. In this video, the girls play twister while wearing bikinis. The loser must draw a paper from the penalty box. The paper describes what they must do. In this video at the very end is her punishment, to be tickled by the other players.

It's short but a gem in my book. Hopefully there is more to be found from this youtube user. I definitly know there is a girl in a supergirl bikini who loses at twister and draws the tickle card from the penalty box. I don't know the episode number.
