Japanese TV serial show with foot tickling

Have anyone ever heard of a show where two guys was arguing with one guy in a suit with black socks, while one of the guys wrestle the guy in a suit, which is ripping his black socks and tickling his feet?! Does anybody know the name of that show?

I don't know the name of the show. But I did see pics of it......almost sure it was on this site.
