Just because she didn't freak out or burst out with laughter doesn't necessarily mean that she's not very ticklish there. People react differently. Perhaps if Miranda Cosgrove had held down her feet and tickled her, we would have seen a much different reaction, but I liked her reaction in that you could tell that it was real and not scripted.
If she was 17, I doubt you'd find it anywhere due to her being a minor at the time. From what I've heard and read, iCarly has had quite a few tickle scenes, but a lot of them involve minors. I've also heard a lot of people say that the producer of iCarly may have a foot fetish due to the numerous amount of barefeet that is usually found in the show.

Ok, I saw this on youtube a while ago but didn't post this because I didn't know think she was 18. Now that I know she is, I don't feel like a creep saying this, omg is she soooooooooooooo hot! I bet seeing her tickled on that Nickelodeon show is a dream come true for some boys lol. Wow!
