As you see her, need to first go to her left armpit and tickle, then to the neck and tickle to get the rod, then to the right armpit and get the feathered rod and tickle, then tickle her belly, then lick her right nipple, talk to her "ear" next and finally get her to sneeze by standing almost parallel to her mouth. That should be it if I didn't miss anything, can provide screenshots too if needed.

That would be very helpful. I sent easily over an hour clicking everywhere looking for the position to trigger her sneeze and I haven't found it. Plus this guide will be helpful for anyone in the future who stumbles upon this game.
That was the one spot he forgot to translate. Go to the little inn right before the checkpoint. A new person will be in there.
