Looking for Story: Dog Licking Feet of Female detective under the bed

I think there were two undercover female detectives(?) and they posed as waitresses and some of the customers gave quick tickles.

One of the undercover ladies hid under the bed of a woman that was her target. I don't remember this part but I think the woman had someone with her on top of the bed.
She also had a dog that discovered the undercover lady that hiding under the bed and began licking her feet.

That is all I remember. If anyone which story it was, I would very much appreciate it.
