She screams and freaks out - and it does sound real, it's not one of those "oh she's acting" fake laughs. She obviously hates being tickled, but she tells him where the money is.

And I've found this commentary in one of the trailers of the movie on YouTube, knowing this makes the scene even more better:

"BLOOD is an adaptation of a play by the same name. It's a dark comedy that revolves around a brother and sister desperate to have sex with each other. The sexual tension between the two main (and only) characters was authentic, which they later confirmed during the Q&A.
What makes the film truly unique is that it was shot in one long take, four times. And they just choose the best one."

So she was tickled more than once, and without any break between the shots. And I can't not to wonder if theatrical play also includes tickling...

By the way, her name is Emily Hampshire.
