No, the old fashioned manual version Oral B. One side (the back, longer edge) feels like silicone to me, and the front edge is some sort of plastic. The silicone side is the key bec it has the tiniest bit of texture to it and when used like a feather, its very soft and tickly on the skin, esp the trailed along my underarms. However, what really sends me into orbit is when the tip of the handle is just placed right beside my nipples, with the silicone side touching my so sensitive nubs. It creates an incredible, itchy little tickle that just keeps increasing with every tiny movement of that tip! I know my sensitivity is more erotic or sensual than a true 'laughing' tickle.
