Truth be told I'm surprised at how many big named artists are at least open to this kind of material, to some extent anyway.

I have a generic Patreon that's for videos, comics, and game related content. Because most of the game/comic stuff is so heavily reliant on other artists I tend not to advertise it for that, but I commission a lot of art all the time. It's in my sig there under the 'Give me money' link.
