I can only think of two who would actually count.

Sara Kozer, who did tickle clips for some studio back in the day and eventually wound up on a reality TV show.
Giantess Autumn/Autumn Leigh, who has a day job as an actress and has been in one or two movies and a handful of Netflix series.

For Polish people Joanna Krupa might be the most famous tickle model. She's heavily featured on our TV these days.

For the general, global audience, however, I think Dita von Teese wins this competition.
