Hi everybody,
I've been working hard to lose weight recently; never been masively overweight, but slipped to a place I wasn't happy with over the last couple of years, so have been exercising and eating healthily and have noticed gradual improvements over time.
These are the first photos I feel happy and confident enough to show anybody, so is a minor victory on the road to better things for me.
I still have a long way to go, and want to be a lot leaner then I am right now. I used to be super slender and in pretty good shape too, so it is frustrating to have let that go, but I'm working very hard to get back to that and a place of confidence again.
I hope you like them and please let me know what you think...
