Ok, people had a lot of fun Daring to Bare. Just a reminder, I had to delete a lot of posts from the thread. If you post in the thread each post MUST have a theme image in it. Many of you just posted to 'chat'. If you want to do that, you MUST have an image. Please follow the threads rules. You did read them didn't you?

The old thread has been moved to the Themed archive.

It is time for the new Theme!

The rules are the same. You Must post an image that is on theme for this week. If you wish to comment or have a discussion with someone in the thread you MUST include a new on theme image with each post you make.

All non-theme posts will be deleted, and make the Tzar cranky. I do not forget those who break the rules in my threads! Do it often enough, and the special "I don't follow the rules" signature may appear on all your posts. And it will not be removable by thee!

Photoshopped images are allowed, but you must include your entire real self in the image. You cannot paste you head on another person. In short you must be all you in the pictures. The Tzar does like origional Art, and will accept it as a self portrait for the artistically minded.

Onward!

Last week some folks seemed to find their own mini-theme, so let's make it offical. The theme this this week is "Weapons". Show us an image of you weilding any form of weapon. Your fists and feet qualify.

first, duty/personal weapons. (HK USP.40C) and second, clubs. these are especially good for rearranging bones and cartilage on various parts of the body in the most painful of ways. one of my personal favorites

no firearms this week!

we did the gun thing last week, so I decided to go a different way this week.

I'll start with the weapon that I keep in the back of my truck, known affectionately as the “hobo pole” because I found it while walking down highway 11E three years ago after my jeep broke down. I call it that because me and my buddy had all of our bags and stuff with us, so we figured, "why not just carry other junk with us?" not because we beat hobos with it.

as for the next two pictures, the first is a picture of my tonfa. with the flash on my camera, it caught the individual frame, and how they would be held. The second is without the flash, so it shows the action and how one would strike with them. these tonfa are special because my Sensei gave them to me. but he never instructed me further on how to get better with them. oh well.
