UUUmmmm last time I checked isn't this a tickle fetish site? If it's not made for the fetishist...why bother posting it here. Instead of trying to make others seem foolish....YOU need to look at the bigger picture.

I think this is a really interesting video. My interpretation of the tickling could be that it represents the torture of being subjected to all these stereotypes and racists comments including "Chinese tickle torture". Also judging by the hands around her sides and her reaction, it does look like she is actually being tickled and it does appear to be really unpleasant for her.
