forgive me if anyone's ever posted this. i just stumbled on this. a scene where Jessie gets tickled in an ep of Pokemon: Diamond & Pearl...for quite a bit, too! strangely too, she seems to enjoy it! lol

hehe i think you mean a "GOOD" tickle scene involving a woman. there have been others (or at least females. these scenes all involve minors, but this is just a harmless discussion, so PLEASE don't anybody crack down on me). it's up to debate as to whether Misty was tickled by a Haunter cuddling her in an early early episode. Years later, May was lightly tickled by a Bulbasaur. and i once caught a Diamond/Pearl ep that opened with Dawn having a dream about her and a new cat-like pokemon, which cuddles her and she says "hey, that tickles!", then immediately after that, we see her mutter "that tickles" again in her sleep.

There were also 3 very adorable tickling-related scenes with Misty (not as a lee): in one ep, they meet a researcher (portrayed as a parody of Groucho Marx), and he pets Togepi in a way that makes him laugh, and Misty happily says "i never knew Togepi was so ticklish!" In the very next ep, she aquires Poliwhirl, and in one scene, Poliwhirl's tail brushes against Togepi, which tickles him, and Misty laughs and says "Togepi's just 'tickled' to have you with us!" Then later, in the very first ep of Pokemon Johto, there's a scene where Misty's happily tickling a Cyndaquil's tummy, and she's all "cootchy cootchy coo! cootchy cootchy coo! *giggle* that tickles, huh?"
