This picture's great because it tells a story, or better, let's YOU interpret the story, all of which would be great:

-a ticklish scientist in nylons (the only way a beautiful ticklish female scientist should be, wearing nylons!!) creates a tickle monster,
then accidentally gets trapped in the display with it.
-a ticklish female scientist, who has a tickle fetish, creates a tickle monster, then submits herself to it's tickling hands, loving
every second of it!

..or whatever scenario you can imagine....
