For example, if the above WERE considered child pornography, and Russian laws permitted it as long as no breast or vagina were showing, but US laws absolutely ruled otherwise, would that webmaster still get away with it because his website is located in russia?

Unfortunatly I don't think there is anything you can do. Pornography is defined very specifically. Usually for something to be defined as porn there has to be sexual contact, like masterbation or sex. A picture of a naked person is not porn. I do not think you will succeed in shutting that place down.

Going to have to follow Arse and ticklins' lead on this one. Yes, there are children, but tickling does not constitute pornography. If they were naked, it would be another matter, but I didn't see anything of the sort when I was there. Furthermore, the only part where someone was naked was the link that was already posted. While it's in bad taste to put a site with children with links like that, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong; it's like an art site that has regular material and adult material intermingled. Not to mention that the URLs and possibly the Russian text under the so-called offensive sets mentions that it is teenage material. Given that the posted link is dated March 12th, 2005 (or December 12th, but both prove my point) I believe that if there were child pornography issues, it would have been taken down by now. Just my two cents.

All that aside, wonderful find! Arina is quite the lovely girl; I'm a sucker for redheads, but those blue eyes are just captivating, not to mention that very impressive figure. I wouldn't mind seeing more of her myself, but I'm content with this.
