I know that you know this. But for the sake of others reading this....
Keep in mind that this will not always correct a problem and could actually make it worse if you have certain conditions. Always be sure to identify the source of the problem...or at least rule out those that would contraindicate the use of this method.

Kooc brings up a good point that leg pain can originate in the spine.
That should be investigated.
