Thank you, GoldenMenkey! Very much appreciated! It would indeed have been a shame to quit the story after so much investment; I never intended to let it sit idle for so long, and have no intention of letting it do so again (God willing). Three more chapters due in very short order, until the past backlog is used up! Thereafter, release will be more regular than it has been. Most of the roadblocks to production are now settled, and while I have to allow for the unforeseen, I'm much better placed to deal with it than previously. Hopefully, such insane delays will never take place again!

Thank you, Feathers! A certain ebb and flow of incident is inevitable in a story of this length and tangled complexity. How gratifying it is for me that you can enjoy all its moods, whether they're reflective or frenzied! And special thanks for your kind recognition of my attempt to address the Janus nature of our fetish obsession, caught, as it is, between the twin urges to inflict (or endure) torment and exctacy with the same stimulation! To think of it simply as torture and domination makes mini Torquemadas of us (an exemplar we'd all rightly quail at), but the absence of any resistence robs the activity of zest. Understanding a balance is key to reaping any satisfaction from this peculiar recreation!
