I'm a tad confused about what's happening here... Are you literally just downloading clips that other people are posting and then uploading them to a site where you're charging for them?

Yeah. I mean, I'm totally down for someone to compile a bunch of tickle clips in one place for everyone to see, but charging people for them is pretty scummy. Especially when one could easily just go to Youtube or Pornhub and watch them for free.

Is what he's doing even legal? It seems like asking for trouble. I know that if I was one of these mainstream content creators whose product he's reselling as porn, I would take action. As it is, I'd hate to see something like that happen, with the negative press that this guy would be needlessly bringing to my fetish :/

Honestly, my big issue that there is at least some stuff on there that is genuine vanilla stuff- as in, people recording themselves at parties and stuff.

If I discovered someone was selling my TV show footage as porn, I'd call a lawyer. If i discovered someone was taking videos of me playing around with my daughter and reselling it as porn, I would call the police.

I will say however, that there are two prices on the site for use. $1 to just view the mainstream archive for a week. $10 to view both my own original content and the mainstream archive.

As to whether it is porn or not, I got into this discussion a while back as to why what I'm doing is not porn. It's not.

As to whether I am deplorable or not, that depends on the person, since deplorability is a subjective quality. I don't care.

I'm doing something that will benefit y'all long term. You might not like it, but then, the Chinese didn't like it when the Japanese experimented on them in WWII, did they? Yes, I totally agree with you. I also understand that it would be nice to have an archive for the forum media. But in the case of this site, it can be disabled at any time. Even if we set aside legal issues, it could happen. So even that point might not happen ...
