Don't let the adrenaline get the better of you - ie don't rush or be heavy-handed. You're bound to feel some first time around.
Take your time, explore all the areas you're allowed to tickle thoroughly.
Pay attention - that way you can map the more sensitive areas for devilish exploration, also might discover tickle spots you hadn't thought about.
Use tools if you want but again don't rush through them.
Mix up between hard/sensual tickling.
Maybe have a rough plan of what you are going to do but leave it flexible, spontaneity can lead to some great reactions.
If you are tying, make sure you research how to do it properly so your Lee is comfortable but secure.
Main things really though are to respect your Lee and make sure you both have fun with it.
