So, the good news is, I've shot a few videos of this type in the past. Before I talk about them, though, let me poke some holes in your logic.
Is there any competitions where the longer you last without being tickled, the more money you earn? Has there been any where the woman submitted, causing her to lose money?
I'm presuming you don't mean both of these concepts in the same video, because they're mutually exclusive. It's not actually possible for someone to earn money for going a particular length of time and then losing it all if they give up because they're eventually always going to give up. If not they'd be getting tickled forever.
It would Prove they really can't handle the tickling.
Would it? Think about it for a minute. If the tickling is fake, what makes you think the tapping out wouldn't be? How do you know she's actually "competing" for extra money? How do you know it's not all just play-acting for the camera?
Spoiler: you don't.

This will never happen. I could tell you none of my videos are faked - which is true - but why would you believe me? At least one member of this forum thinks one of the videos I'm about to tell you about "didn't count" because the model wasn't tied up. You either want to believe, or you don't.

I've shot a few videos like this, and it never ends the way you'd expect it to. You said it yourself; for some reason, when there's either competition or extra money involved, that super-ticklish chick who would safeword in five minutes under normal circumstances can suddenly take the worst torture on her worst spot for hours on end because she doesn't want to "lose". I can't explain it, but I know it surprised the fuck out of me the first time it happened.

Okay.
So the first time I tried this was with Priti and Kim, my two biggest sellers at the time. I had first-"hand" experience with how ticklish they were, so I thought hey, wouldn't it be cool to have them tickle each other in a series of segments and the overall winner would get like an extra $60 or so? And so the "Ultimate Team-Up" videos were conceived and filmed. And... after several such segments, I had to completely throw out the idea. If you watch the UTU clips, you'll see me periodically checking my phone but otherwise making absolutely no mention of the competition. Why? Because these two ticklish cuties, who I could personally get screaming their safeword in scant minutes, simply would. not. break. After the first three segments went on for over ten minutes each, I had to start cutting them short and toss the entire idea of the prize. And even then, Kim accused me of playing favorites because she got it into her head that I wanted Priti to win. Honestly though, neither of the girls could tickle each other as well as I could, so maybe that was my fault.
Anyhoo, the next time I tried something like this was with Mya in 2015-ish. Towards the end of her shoot she adamantly declared, "I am not saying my safeword again." I just shrugged and said "ok, your funeral" (or something similar) and just wore her down over the next fifteen minutes. She safeworded - very sweatily, I might add - and in the process set a new record for "longest non-stop tickling" for my studio. (Clip name: "Fifteen Minutes of Fame")
You'd think that would have been the end of it, but last year when I worked with Mari, she insisted on not using a safeword - at all - for her shoot. "I had a military upbringing," she said. "I can take it."
Loved that one.
Ahem. Anyway, I asked her if she thought she could break Mya's record. She said yes, so I told her she wasn't allowed to give up for the next sixteen minutes. I showed her no mercy, and when the timer hit 16:30 she gasped "keep going! I have to break the record!", unaware that she already had. (Clip name: "No Safeword, No Mercy III: #sorrynotsorry")
Eventually, like six months after that, Jennifer heard of Mari's accomplishment. "I can do better," was her assurance. So I told her she'd have to do 18, then set the timer to 19 when she wasn't looking. She did it handily. Of course, Jennifer also never safeworded and tended to beg for more, so there's that. I haven't released that video yet because it's going to take a lot of editing work.
The big one though, and probably closest to what you're asking for (and the biggest proof of my point methinks) is Ariana. Ariana literally refused to shoot with me when I first approached her on the grounds of being, quote, "way too ticklish". I managed to get her to sign up anyway (magic!), and she did her first shoot with me. A few months later she asked to come back. In a total coincidence of timing, a customer approached me asking if I'd film a custom with her for him, so hey; bonus! He asked me to tickle her "without breaks" on the worst spots on her foot for about seven minutes each, and she couldn't safeword. She waffled a bit, saying "I don't know if I can take it that long" before finally agreeing to the task. Now, if you watch the resulting clip, she starts to beg me to stop at about the 6:30 mark on the first foot. "I can't take it! I can't take it!". But hey, no safeword was called so we kept going until the timer went off. And then a similar thing happened on the second segment. All in all, great foot-age for my customer.
Here's the thing, though; I'd previously asked her if she was willing to do exactly what you were proposing. I said "Hey, I have an idea. How about if you do a segment where you have to last for five minutes, and if you do, you earn an extra $10 for each minute beyond five that you last?" Now, keep in mind that up until this point Ariana
had eventually safeworded after a few minutes of tickling every time. Hell, the
very previous segment had her begging and even sobbing a little at the end, so I figured I'd get a neat clip for an extra $20 or so, right?
Well... that's not what happened.
Long story short, I had to cut the segment short when we hit the end of our allotted time, and in the process
Ariana had broken Jennifer's record by a solid minute. I'd initially told Ariana that I would cap her extra winnings at like $60 but I felt bad about short-changing her so I paid her the full value of the time she endured.
So there you go; a model who'd I'd gotten to beg, cry, and safe word not five minutes prior suddenly gritted her teeth through twenty minutes of hell because extra money was on the line. And again, keep in mind that the only reason I'd proposed the shoot concept in the first place was because I knew she was too ticklish to do it for long. If she was faking, she deserves an Oscar because she fooled
me. Anyway, the clips are called "No Safeword, No Mercy IV: Best. Custom. Ever." and "Twenty Minutes in Hell", respectively.
So does all of my long-winded storytelling prove anything?
Nope. For all you know I made all of it up.
