so you find a gorgeous model who's agreed to do a tickling video. You've discussed the matter with the model for weeks, and she seems enthusiastic. The model willingly signs a form that states that she consents to get tied up and tickled, and to have it filmed. The form also states that she consents to have the footage put on the market, and that she indemnifies the producer from any adverse consequences that may occur.

Finally, the time for the shoot arrives. You get the model all tied up, get the camera rolling, begin to unlace her shoes, and all of a sudden the model says: "On second thought, I've changed my mind; I don't want to do this. Let me go now!"

What would you do?

Let her go.

The contract is a document of intent. It's not one of absolute condition.

Myriads

Let her go but sue the bitch for breach of contract.

Unless she signs in blood, then the conditions are absolute!

It's too late, she's already signed the contract.

1. Commence tickling.

2. Invest in a good lawyer and anal lube.

1. Let her go.
2. Ask her to reimburse me for the cost of setting up and wasting my time.
3. If she doesn't reimburse me, spread the truth about her backing out to the whole fetish film industry.

This, exactly.

Good responses. I read an anecdote about such a situation, and the author's point of view seemed to be: screw her, she signed a contract!

On one hand, I guess the right thing to do would be to release her. On the other, I'd be pissed that she had lied to me and wasted my time.

As others have said, you'd have to stop and let her go. Getting the model to sign a contract before the shoot would be a fairly reduntant exercise in the first place since it wouldn't bind her to doing anything against her will, and you couldn't exactly sue her since you hadn't paid her any money! If anything, sending someone a contract to sign would probably put them off turning up to do the shoot.

If a model really doesn't want to shoot it is not likely to be worthwhile persisting, and the footage will probably reflect that. The last time something like this happened to me, the model became really distressed and started freaking out about it. She basically didn't like the idea of being restrained, even though she had approached me about shooting, had seen my website and I had (briefly) explained exactly what it involved, including bondage. In any case, I untied her straight away and wanted to cancel the shoot as I realised it was a waste of time...we had a brief disagreement as she kept insisting she hadn't known anything about the bondage aspect (which was a cover for the fact that she became very nervous in the situation). I responded by showed her copies of the emails where we'd discussed it, and she clearly was ok with it! She then calmed down and said she wanted to go ahead as she didn't want to have a wasted journey. After some more discussion I reluctantly agreed to go ahead with the shoot and as expected it wasn't great. There was an awkward atmosphere since I'd had to set her straight over what we'd discussed and she was obviously embarassed about the way she acted. I didn't even find her very ticklish, and I never released any of the footage so it was a waste of money.

There are loads of great models out there to work with. From my own point of view, the less time spent on those who don't really want to shoot the better!

you better let her go. you are talking serious lawsuit here. don't even think twice about. let her go.

Gonna echo everyone here and say definitely let her the hell go.

With me she would have been gagged already, and I would have said "huh?" and just started tickling her. And if I didn't see anger, then I'd continue and test my luck. Once untied if she says she doesn't want the video sold, then I pay her half or less. That's what I'd want to do, but most likely I would just be like oh noes, lady wants to put me in jail, and I'd proceed to jump out the window, call my wife, and get us a flight to canada.

"No" means "No"

It is wise to learn this, because Bubba, your 325 lb cellmate, hasn't either.

Id slowly lean in, right up to her face and in a gruff stern voice whisper

"I want to play a game" ...

I find this thread kind of ridiculous.

You'd have to be a pretty sick fuck - considering the reasons many young women turn to pornography in the first place - to try and sue her or in any way force reimbursement for setting up a few cameras and lights in your home, but to carry on regardless, that is just inhumane.

To be honest, many producers don't even go to the effort of setting up lights or considering camera angles. I'd say a large proportion (although exceptions obviously exist) that shooting films is a cheap shot at fulfilling a seedy desire to tickle girls who would otherwise have nothing to do with you under the pre tense of fetish media.

Its porn on the internet. What do you expect? You take a young nervous sexy girl and put her in a room with a bunch of horny guys, add in a lot of money, alcohol and recreational drug use, you tie the girl down and what do you expect? Its a seedy world.

Its the whole subject of what is acceptable to let people agree to have done to them. Look at BDSM. Yes someone might agree to be beaten and bruised but if you take it face value its still a guy getting turned on by beating the crap out of a girl. You enjoy looking at naked models getting tickled but at face value thats a girl who feels she has to take her clothes off to make money. Whats happened in her life for her to end up naked in someones spare room with a bunch of guys with cameras touching her?

Its the underbelly of the whole sex/porn world that is really sad and something were all a contributing factor too.

Really? I spend a large proportion of every shoot doing just that...

Whilst I can't speak for everyone who produces tickling videos, in general this couldn't be further from the reality...a bunch of 'horny guys', drugs, alcohol??

Excuse me?! Are you suggesting this is what shoots are typically like? Because mine are nothing like that. Not even vaguley close.
