Tickling a prostitution act?

It has been a while since I have payed a visit to tickle theater, have been busy with school and work and what not, but I have a question, and 99/100 times you guys seem to have an answer. My question is: if you pay a women (or man) to let you tickle them, is that considered prostitution? Because I have always wanted to go to one of those strip clubs where you can pay and they will do whatever you want (if they are OK with it of course.) I was thinking of paying one to let me strap her down and tickle her but then the prostitution idea came to mind and I had to hold off on my plans lol.

That depends entirely on state and local laws. Entirely.

I know in Ohio growing up (dunno about now) I learned it was illegal to exchange a kiss on the mouth for money. No story behind that, just legal info I picked up...lol.

Talk to a lawyer if you really want to know. If you're really concerned about it, pay a lawyer if you can't find out for free.

Now for the rule of the thumbs....If you know from the phonebook there's plenty of escorts in the area, but you never hear much about prostitution busts, don't worry too much. If you live in area where busting hookers and escorts is a priority, then for safety's sake assume it could be. Some areas are psychotic about prostitution. When I was visiting call girls in Columbus, OH about 10 years ago, they'd tell me about girls being busted fully dressed and on the other side of the room from the client. They couldn't be prosecuted, but the arrest would show on their records, and pretty much blackball them from some of the agancies. Comes with all the standard caveats, as it was one of the girls telling me this, so it is second hand and could have been exagerated a bit.

If you're worried, get counsel. That's the only way to be sure.

Just a little related info I found for my fellow 'Mericans:

Nevada's not the only state with legalized prostitution (brothels only). In Rhode Island, the act of sex for money is not illegal, but street solicitation, and operation of a brothel, are.

I'll bet the "escort services" there are banking big bucks. :laughing:

There are dungeons that offer an advertised service - such as The Dominian and so on. They make it clear that they do not offer sex as well. Whether in fact the girls then do by private arrangement, I cannot say. To my knowledge that is not illegal
But if you are ever in Europe, where prostitution is, by and large, legal everywhere, though under controlled conditions, you have a very different situation. There you just need to ask the girl if she is willing to let you tickle her and many of the "studios" or brothels have special rooms for BDSM anyway.
Then there are the escort agencies. There must be thousands in the US, just as there are all over the world. I cannot see how it can be illegal to pay an escort to let you tickle her. I guess you would probably be able to arrange the whole thing by telephone or over the internet.

FWIW, I've had my masseuse - a duly-licensed masseuse - tickle my back while she worked on me. this is a very interesting question and the hollywood brother gives you a thumbs up for posing it. the hollywood brother do not think it is illegal as money is being exchanged for a service much like you pay a plumber to fix the toliet when you eat to much and then overflow the toliet a hour later. the hollywood brother do not know if it illegal but the best thing is to either place a ad on a college campus nad see if the ad get ripped down or to call a few legal escort services and see if they offer this. the hollywood brother is also thinking that if companies are out there now that charge money to get people to cuddle and hug that is legal so why would not tickling be legal

Not always practical, Norwes. Sometimes, not possible.

You may go thru a lot of cash finding a good one, tho.

Be careful with agencies. They'll tell you they got tickle girls, but don't. Ive even been lied to about looks. I mean, like REALLY lied to. Best to go with independents. Check Big Doggie.net. A ton of other sites too. Best to stay with reviewed girls. World Sex Guide might be helpful too.

That is quite simply not true. It rests on the kind of attitudes that make prostitution illegal in the US in the first place. I have asked escourts myself if they are ticklish and where, and, while some may, like anyone else, believe they are very ticklish, but then find this is not so after a minute or so, most tell the truth like any other person would. Nor are they unkind, insensitive or sleazy, as long as you keep away from the back streets of the red light district. They are professional people doing a professional job. And they will quickly tell you if they don't like it, or if they are prepared to let you have a go.
