At the risk of sounding ungrateful, I was so bummed that they cut the last clip off before it started...did the segment end after that 2 sec of tickling??? That could have been a legendary f/m clip.

What happens when we are tickled is explained by Dr. Michaela Krause, she's a neurologist and knows about tickling and the reactions of the human body.
What happens exactly with our body when we are tickled?
If someone gets close to tickle us, our brain evaluates it as an attack.
The body tension increases abruptly as a defense. When we realises that we're just tickled and not attacked, our brain sends an all-clear-signal, we feel relieved.
This relieve is pleasant for us, we start to laugh.
We're especially ticklish on spots we don't get touched often.
Like the armpits, waist, back of the knees and under our feet.
That's because there are so many neuro-receptors (?), that send the touch to the brain.

Guy: What about people we don't like? It seems to be not working? Why not?
Dr. K: It doesn't work, because we evaluate the person as unappealing, our emotions stay alerted because it could be an attack.
Part3:
So, tickling won't work on people we don't know or don't like, because it's evaluated as an attack, so we don't feel relieved and don't laugh. I guess I have to test it
to the 2 girls: We're doing a little experiment, is it ok if I try it with you?

I will translate the fourth part tomorrow...well, let's say in about 12 to 14 hours I guess
I think it's comfort level. At Renfaire, there's a setting of fun and goofiness, and the "prisoner's" friends are laughing at her predicament. Compare that to a creepy stranger coming up to a woman and tickling her in public. Surprise will quickly turn into revulsion.

Such a shame that F/M segment at the end was cut short.....Agreed it was the making of a great mainstream f/m.
