One of my big fantasy to tickle the soles of the feet in stocks of a woman wearing hijab.
I think one of the hottest thing to tickle the feet of a fully dressed woman.( not a naked one)
There is a contrast between the soft soles and the dress.

What do you think what is the reason?

You and I think along VERY similar lines. I, too, prefer to tickle the feet of women who are fully dressed except for their bare feet. I wonder if this could be a mental throwback to childhood watching Olive Oyl get tickle tortured on that ghost ship? After all, she was fully clothed except for her feet.

A hijab is very specific. I guess as long as their feet aren't dirty and stinky and they're well taken care of, it's no different than playing with anyone else's feet.

I've seen a few videos pop up on Youtube over the years of Mulsim women doing foot tickle challenges in their hijabs and yeah, it's oddly pretty hot.
