Trying to ID an Old Clip - Dancer in a Parking Lot

Hey guys. I'm trying to identify an old clip. I don't remember the company or anything. All I remember is a guy runs into a girl in a parking lot. She's a dancer of some sort. He helps her with her shoe an ends up tickling her. They agree to meet up later at his place where they discuss what a great time they both used to have when he tickled her. Before you know it, he has her tied down on the coffee table or something and starts tickling the heck out of her, which they both enjoy immensely. Later, they move to the bedroom where the scenario repeats itself. Anyone remember the movie I'm talking about?

While we're at it, does anyone remember a somewhat more recent clip with an African-American ticklee in the stocks where she turns to the camera, shakes her head, and says through her laughter, "You can't resist the tickling" or "You can't escape the tickling" or something like that before dissolving into laughter?
