Kansas City Chiefs +1 @ St. Louis Rams 1:00pm ( CBS ) - With Matt Cassel in question, you have to believe that Sam Bradford is better than Buddy Croyle.

Houston Texans +1 1/2 @ Tennessee Titans 1:00pm ( CBS ) The Titans are a mess. The Texans have not given up on the season so I see the Texans pulling this one out.

Jacksonville Jaguars +5 @ Indianapolis Colts 1:00pm ( CBS ) - Peyton is overrated. At least that is the chant that some morons on this forum believe. Let's see if Peyton pulls this one out. A message to the morons...don't bet against Peyton this week.

Arizona Cardinals +2 1/2 @ Carolina Panthers 1:00pm ( FOX ) - The Panthers will get the #1 pick in the draft unless something happens like they actually win some games down the stretch here. I am not a believer Skelton, or Max Hall or Derek Anderson or any combination of the aforementioned, but Arizona has moments of brillance, that might help them win this week.

Cleveland Browns +1 1/2 @ Cincinnati Bengals 1:00pm ( CBS ) - Browns are the better more unified team here. Still looking to finish at 8-8. The situation is Cincinnati is simple, finish this season and blow it up. Coaching staff GONE! Lots of players including TO are also likely to be gone. Browns will win this game.

Buffalo Bills + 5 1/2 @ Miami Dolphins 1:00pm ( CBS ) - Miami, is not playing well at home. They need to to have a playoff shot but Buffalo has yet to mail in a game. Look for a close game. This game finishes 13-10 with Miami NOT covering the 5 1/2.

Philadelphia Eagles +2 1/2 @ New York Giants 1:00pm ( FOX ) - Probably the best game on the schedule. Look for the Eagles to game plan well for this game. The Giants after a weird week, will try but fail in the battle of the NFC EAST.

Washington Redskins +6 @ Dallas Cowboys 1:00pm ( FOX ) - The Cowboys are the better team talent wise. Coaching wise has yet to be determined though you have to think that Jason Garrett has done a good enough job to keep his job. Dallas in a romp over Washington.

Detroit Lions +5 1/2 @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1:00pm ( FOX ) - Huge game for the Buccaneers here. They get a feisty Lions team into their building. Look for the Buccaneers to win, but not to cover. This should be a pretty good game to watch.

New Orleans Saints +1 1/2 @ Baltimore Ravens 1:00pm ( FOX ) - It is tough to pick against the Ravens here. The Ravens are as good a team that adapts well. Both teams need this game for a variety of reasons. I believe in both QB's but I will go with the more experienced Drew Brees.

Atlanta Falcons -6 @ Seattle Seahawks 4:05pm ( FOX ) - Atlanta gets a great chance here to move to 12-2. The Seahawks are not a great team though credit has to be given to Pete Carroll for doing as well as he has with this team. The Falcons though are the better team. Take the Falcons.

New York Jets +6 @ Pittsburgh Steelers 4:15pm ( CBS ) - The Jets have never gone to Pittsburgh and won in the Steel City. And they will not here this week either. I am just curious how many points the Jets defense will allow this week.

Denver Broncos +6 1/2 @ Oakland Raiders 4:15pm ( CBS ) - The Raiders arrow is pointing up. Way up. The Broncos after being clobbered by Arizona looks like they have mailed it in. Raiders scored 59 points off this Denver defense last time they hooked up. Can Oakland score 70? Who knows. Raiders in a romp.

Green Bay Packers +11 @ New England Patriots 8:20pm ( NBC ) - This game has intrigue if Aaron Rodgers plays. If he doesn't, Patriots will play a typical Patriots game and score lots of points. Patriots big in Foxboro.

Chicago Bears -3 @ Minnesota Vikings 8:35pm ( ESPN ) - Vikings are hosting a game outdoors for the first time since December 20th, 1981 when they played at Metropolitan Stadium. They lost that game to the Kansas City Chiefs by the final count of 10-6 to finish a 7-9 season under Bud Grant. This season seems very similar to that 1981 season. The Bears are very comfortable outdoors and should win this game.
