That made my day! There was a German Play back in the 80's when I was there. The newspaper had an article about an actress from a popular TV show that played a woman who was "unbelievably Ticklish". She had a scene in the play where she was ruthlessly tickled by a male character and I for the life of me cannot remember the name. I wish I'd kept that newspaper!

Wow Meryl streep was young in 1981. I never heard of this scene. The tickling looks real too. AWESOME !!!

Dude, if she honestly did fake that and wasn't really being tickled she definitely deserves an oscar (or in this case I should say Tony) for that tickling scene alone! I always thought she was a great actress but this may convince me to believe she's the best lol.
